MEET TYLER WOODALL
New eXp Agent and Transaction Coordinator for the KRET team!
Tyler is a Columbus native. She lives here with her husband Michael and their 3 fur babies (Cassie the dog, Finn the black cat, & Rue the fluffy cat). When she's not kicking butt being the best Transaction Coordinator ever, she's probably at home binge watching Peaky Blinders (because of Thomas Shelby of course)!
In 2020, they bought the cutest house in Midtown to live in and flip. After the flip their investment goals changed and that's when they decided to downsize and move to the north end of town.
She found Megan on her Kennedy Real Estate Team Instagram page and knew she would be the right agent to help them sell and buy their next home!

Their new home came with a guest house in the backyard which they have renovated and are now renting it out on Airbnb. The income they make on their Airbnb completely covers their home's mortgage and utilities.
In March 2022, Tyler got her real estate license and began training as a transaction coordinator for the team.
"I’ve always been interested in real estate. I have 7 years experience working in property management but I knew I didn’t want to do that long term. That's when I met with Megan to talk about becoming a real estate agent and after our meeting, I knew KRET was the perfect team for me."
Working as a TC for the team has taught her more of the back end systems of a sellers/buyers transaction, which has helped her tremendously with her own deals. Tyler celebrated her first closing on 6/20, with two more closings in July!
In the future, she's looking forward to getting more investment properties, working as the teams TC and eventually leaving her 9-5!
