Building Passive Revenue Streams

When Todd and I moved back to Georgia after living in the Caribbean we knew we would be selling real estate. We also knew that real estate can very often be like a roller coaster with high months and low months and that’s why we set a goal. A 5 year goal to build up passive income that would cover our monthly needs.

Over the course of this 2.5 years we have been helping our friends, family and clients with our modern real estate services and you might of noticed our team growing in the process. Well, I just recently realized it wasn’t because of our amazing social marketing techniques (although it helped), but our whole team also shared a passion for building “A Life Worth Living”. Not only helping families with their real estate needs but also growing their own real estate goals.

We Met Our 5 Year Goal In 2.5 Years

Todd and our team say that I’m really good at taking a 5 year goal and turning it into a 5 month goal 😅. I think that’s just naturally what happens when you have a well formed game plan and the right community surrounding you. This one goal of ours took a little more than 5 months but on March 25th we closed on 13 rental doors putting us at a total of 20 doors in just 2.5 years. 🙌 We completed that 5 year goal in half the time.
