Hi, I'm Bailey!

Here's my story...

As soon as I commissioned as a Lieutenant in the US Army in 2014, life became a whirlwind. My husband and I spent our first year of marriage apart before linking up in Fort Bragg, NC. There I served with the 27th Engineer Battalion and 82nd Airborne Division for 5 years.

In 2018 we were blessed with our first child and quickly realized that being dual military was not going to give us as much time with our new bundle of joy as we wanted. So, in the midst of PCSing to Fort Benning, I transitioned into the Army Reserves and spent every moment with my kiddo...every. waking. minute.

All jokes aside, it was an amazing blessing but I started to lose my identity and purpose as a professional and wanted to find a way to reignite that fire. I am addicted to all things home improvement and LOVE watching HGTV. My mom actually suggested I take the Real Estate course and become a realtor. I figured that'd be a great job I could do part-time, on my own schedule, and it would still give me the time I need with my son (little did I know there was so much more)!

They always say... "There's no such thing as a part-time realtor."

Over the course of the next year (2020-2021) I did a ton of research looking for Real Estate teams in Columbus, GA. It was very important for me to find a team whose values aligned with mine. That's when that crazy algorithm worked its magic and connected me with Megan Kennedy!

From her passion in providing great customer service to her clients, to her vast knowledge & experience in investing, using real estate properties to build generational wealth, was everything I was looking for and aligned perfectly with my goals. I knew after our first meeting, I not only found my team, but my mentor.

Then, It was GAME ON!

I completed the course, welcomed baby boy #2 into the world, passed my Real Estate exam, officially became an agent under the Kennedy Real Estate Team, and then closed on my first deal all within a very short 5 months!

And this is my WHY ...

Recently, I've been focusing more on building stronger connections within the military community to help soldiers and military families move to their new station. Being a soldier myself, I know first hand how stressful and hectic the PCSing process is. Soldiers have a very limited timeframe to find a new place to live and there are limited resources available to help them with that process. Most military families are purchasing a home they've never seen in person.

I developed a PCSing Game Plan which connects reliable agents with Soldiers and military families moving to a new duty station in their area. Moving is already stressful enough, imagine trying to do it on a very short timeline in a whole new area?

My goal is to try and make the PCSing process more seamless and stress free. By connecting them with a reliable agent in their new city, I'm able to help build trust and confidence during their move. My PCSing Game Plan allows me to educate soldiers and families about the entire home buying process and all of the different ways they can leverage their unique home buying opportunity to become investors and build wealth!
